Jose Cervantes

Jose R. Cervantes, 87, went to be with the Lord on December 10, 2020. He was born to parents, Vicenta and Manuel Cervantes in Jaumave Tamaulipas, Mexico, on June 14, 1933.

He is preceded in death by his parents Vicenta Castro Cervantes and Manuel Cervantes.

Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife, Imelda R. Perez; his five sons, Luis F. Cervantes Perez (Monica Cervantes); Miguel Angel Cervantes Perez; Martin Alberto Cervantes Perez; Rodrigo Cervantes Perez (Claudia) and Moises G. Cervantes Perez (Laura); his daughter, Aracely Cervantes Perez (; fourteen grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held from 4:00 – 9:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 15, 2020 at Charlie Marshall Funeral Home in Aransas Pass, Tx. Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m.

Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, December 16, 2020 at St. Mary Star of the Sea in Aransas Pass, Tx. Burial to follow at Prairie View Cemetery.
