Winifred Pairo Eberman
We regretfully announce the passing of Winifred Pairo Eberman of Port Aransas, TX on May 26th, 2021. Winifred was surrounded by her family and passed away peacefully.
Winifred, loving mother to a family of five, was brought into this world in Baltimore, MD on December 8th, 1937, to Theodore and Mary Eberman.
Winifred worked for 20 years as a Hospitality Supervisor at the Sea Gull Condominiums in Port Aransas. She was a dedicated member of the Catholic Church. She served in several parishes as Secretary. She was involved with the Franciscan Poor Claire nuns.
She is preceded in death by her sister Dolores Spytkowski, her daughter Melanie Decker-Cleary, and two grandchildren.
She leaves behind her partner of 27 years, John Sherman, her children, Ted and Sarah Decker of Corpus Christi, Tx, Winifred, and Keith Chandler, of Mustang, OK, Dolores Decker, of Oklahoma City, OK, Charles and Stephanie Decker, of Brownwood, TX. She also has numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, we are asking donations be made to Our Lady of the Assumption Catholic Church in remembrance of Winifred Eberman, where she was an active member for many years. Donations can be sent to 2414 Main St, Ingleside, TX 78362. Please note the donation is for the renovation project.
The viewing will be held at Charlie Marshall Funeral Home, 2003 West Wheeler Ave, Aransas Pass, TX, on June 3rd from 4:00 p.m.- 6:00 pm and from 7:00 p.m.- 8:00 pm. A Rosary is being held at 6:00 p.m. Services will be held at Our Lady of the Assumption Catholic Church in Ingleside, TX on June 4th, at 10:00 am.
