Treva Jean Edwardson

Mrs. Treva Jean Edwardson (Jeanie) went peacefully from the arms of her daughters to the arms of her trusted Savior on March 14th 2025. She had been anticipating the happy reunion with her husband and son and we rejoice with her. Treva was born on April 13th 1944 in Syracuse KS to Ike and Fanny Hartshorn. 

She loved the Lord with all her heart, mind and soul and she loved her family, friends and neighbors as herself. Treva was a lifelong learner and a natural teacher who inspired others with her music and writing. Above all she was passionate about pointing people to Jesus.

Treva was preceded in death by her devoted husband of 56 years, Delbert Edwardson, a cherished son, Jeffrey Edwardson, and her parents and beloved sister, Kat Clark.

She is survived by daughters Delora Santini (+Trey) and Annie Claypool (+Cody); daughter-in-law Christina Edwardson (+ Sammy); grandchildren: Nicolas, Kayley, Sarah, Natalie, Alyssa, Romeo, Xavianna, Tristan, Reign, Alana, Takoda, Kylie, Vincent, and Michael; great-granddaughter Lucille; sisters: China, Tana, Dona and Julie. 

A memorial service will be held on Saturday March 22nd at 5:00 p.m. at First Christian Church in Aransas Pass. 

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to be made to the local food bank or The Church in Action (CIA) Ministry C/O FCCAP PO 496 Aransas pass, Texas 78336. CIA is a benevolent fund that has assisted people in the community who are going through a tough time financially. The program has helped with rent utilities and food.
