Samuel Owen

Samuel Brent Owen, III, 22, of Rockport, died at 10:24a.m., Wednesday, May 24, 2023, from injuries sustained in a vehicle accident in Ozona, TX, on his way to work.

Sam was born February 20, 2001 in Corpus Christi, TX, and was a lifelong area resident. He graduated from Rockport Fulton High School, in 2019. He was a loving son and brother. He was an inspiration to many and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

He is survived by his mom, Christie Owen; his father Samuel Owen, Jr;maternal grandparents Sherry Green and Donald Rich, Sr; paternal grandmother Angela Jester; brother Jeremy Owen; sister Mikayla Owen; and numerous aunts uncles and cousins.

Services will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday, June 24,2023, at Charlie Marshall Funeral Home, in Rockport, TX.

The family would like to thank his friends and the community, for their heartfelt condolences and well wishes. We could never show enough gratitude, for the way you supported Sam and us through this tragic ordeal. Thank you so much!
