Ruth Evelyn Wagner

Ruth Evelyn Wagner, 95, passed away peacefully on August 6, 2018 in Rockport, TX. Ruth was born on December 28, 1922 to Alfred Johnson and Clara Christopherson in Saint Paul, MN.

Mrs. Wagner was preceded in death by her husband Royal Wagner and her sister Bernice Groebner.

She is survived by her son, Jeffrey (Nancy) Wagner of Reno, NV; her two daughters, Jill Harkness of Ione, CA and Jodell (Joseph) Loeffler of Ingleside, TX; 10 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.

Ruth had a wonderful spirit. She enjoyed playing card games, crochet and above all spending time with her family and loved ones. Her smile and memory will forever shine in our hearts.

A Memorial service will be celebrated at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 9, 2018 at Ingleside United Methodist Church in Ingleside, TX.
