Ruben Estrada

Ruben G. Estrada Sr., 64, went to be with the Lord on February 12, 2019. He was born on September 2, 1954, to parents Juan Estrada and Maria Guerrero in Alamogordo, New Mexico.

He is preceded in death by his father, Juan Rodriguez Estrada.

Left to cherish his memories are his son, Ruben (Brigette) Estrada Jr. of Rockport, TX.; Monica Estrada of Rockport, TX. and Paula (Herbert) Berna of Rollins, MT.; mother, Maria Guerrero of Rockport, TX.; grandchildren, Cheyenne, Jake, Frankie, Malia and Zoe; six sisters ; one brother.

Ruben served in the United States Airforce for 13 years. He went on to continue a career of service as Deputy Sheriff for Nueces County until retirement in 2009.

Expressions of sympathy may be made by donations in his name to The American G.I. forum in Rockport, TX.
