Roxanna Franks

Roxanna Dee Franks passed away September 3, 2024. She was 63 years old. She was born in Aransas Pass, Texas on September 11, 1960. She is the daughter of Bennie Dupnik and Sylvia Wright.

Roxanna was an amazing mom, and grandmother, she loved spending time with family and hearing about all the games her grandchildren participated in. She also loved spending time listening to music and coloring in her adult color books.

She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Rickey Joe Franks; sister, Donna Brookman.

She is survived by her 3 sons, Joe Franks (Courtney), Steven Franks, and Rickey Franks all from Rockport, Texas; brother, Danny Garcia (Pam); sisters, Anita and Becky; 12 grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
