Robert L. Andrews, 83 passed away June 1, 2018. He was born December 22, 1934 in Lamar, Missouri to Herbert Andrews and Clona Aldeen Andrews. He proudly served in the National Guard and retired from Bell Helicopter in Fort Worth, Texas.
He is preceded in death by his parents; sister, Marcialee McLaren; son, Jack Robert Andrews; daughter, Jana Lynn Andrews; first wife, Doris Dean Powell; and beloved dog, Truffles.
He is survived by his wife, Virginia "Ginger" Andrews of Rockport, TX; son, David Lee Andrews (Donna) of Rockport, TX; daughter, Diana Keena of Winnsboro, TX; step son, Jay Starr (Kim) of Canton, TX; sister, Carol Sue Kemp (Tom) of Rockport, TX; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and his dog, Greta.
A Memorial Service will be held at 10:00 am Tuesday, June 5, 2018 at Charlie Marshall Funeral Homes in Aransas Pass, Texas 78336.
