Ralph Keene Sr.

Ralph Gerald Keene Sr. passed away on November 14, 2019 at his residence in Port Aransas. He was 84 years old. Ralph was born on April 10, 1935 in San Antonio, Texas to Oliver and Marguerite Keene.

Ralph helped pioneer the local government in Port Aransas after moving there in 1966. He was the first Police Commissioner when he helped start the police department. He owned and operated the Spanish Village Motel.

Ralph is preceded in death by his parents.

Ralph is survived by his three sons Dee Wallace of Port Aransas, TX., Tab Wallace of Dallas, TX., and Gerry Keene of Aransas Pass, Tx; his daughter Kristi Jensen of Port Aransas, TX.; his sister, Janice Robinson of Richardson, TX.; eight grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren.
