Peggy Barta Noska

Peggy Barta Noska, 80 passed away July 31, 2022. She was born July 6, 1942 in Ingleside, Texas to Herman Elza Parker and Kathrine Estelle White Parker.

She grew up in Ingleside, Texas and graduated from Ingleside High School. She married Bobby Barta in 1962 and traveled the country until setting down in Rockport in the early 70’s to raise her family.

She is preceded in death by her parents; first husband, Bobby Wayne Barta; sister, Estelle Wilson; two brothers, Butch Parker and Morgan Parker.

She is survived by her husband, Billy Ray Noska; daughters, Joanna “JJ” Barta, Katherine “Kandy” Jackson (Martin); stepsons, Bobby Noska (Denise), Bill Noska; brother, Hanky Parker (Jan); sister, Betty Jo Leach; grandchildren, Andy Jackson, Stephanie Tingerthal, Brandon Jackson, Morgan Tingerthal, Justin Liska; step grandchildren, Dylan Noska, Taylor Noska and Nailea Noska.

Visitation will be held from 6:00p.m.-8:00p.m. Friday, August 5, 2022 with Funeral Service to begin at 10:00a.m. Saturday, August 6, 2022 all at Charlie Marshall Funeral Home in Rockport, Texas. Burial will follow at Rockport Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, please make donation in memory of Peggy to Harbor Hospice in Rockport, Texas.
