Mildred Aileen Noske Lowrey

Mildred Aileen Noske Lowrey, of Fulton, Texas, passed away at home peacefully in her sleep on August 12th, 2023. She was a part of God's wonderful plan here on earth for 96 years, born September 30th, 1926.

She is survived by her daughters Cynthia Cissel of Fulton, Texas, and Jeannine Broom and her husband Timothy of Fulton, Texas, and her two sons Steve Lowrey and his wife Sharon of Shepherdstown, West Virginia, and Pastor Mike Lowrey and his wife Kathy of Harpers Ferry, West Virginia.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 64 years, Marvin Lewis Lowrey, her daughter Patricia Beall and husband John Beall of Woodsboro, Maryland, and grandson Taj Cissel.

Mildred Lowrey retired from the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission and enjoyed many golden years with her husband Marvin in Calabash, North Carolina.

She loved the Lord with all her heart and soul. Jesus Christ was her personal Lord and Savior, and she was a prayer warrior to all she met. She wanted nothing more than to see her children, her eight grandchildren, ten great grandchildren, and five great-great-grandchildren come to know Jesus as she did.

She will be laid to rest next to her husband Marvin in Martinsburg, West Virginia.

She was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all.
