Michelle Williams

Michelle D. Williams, 45, of Rockport, Texas passed away peacefully on June 28, 2017 in Corpus Christi, Texas. She was born on October 27, 1971 in Aransas Pass, Texas to Robert and Kathy Cassel.

Michelle is survived by her children, Amber E. Brymer (Andrew) of Portland, Texas, Ryan Williams and Jeremy Williams of Rockport, Texas; parents Robert and Kathy Cassel; brothers, Robert Allen Cassel, Marc Cassel and Manuel Zamudio; sisters, Misty Mejorado, Kayla Cassel, Kathy Reyna and Belinda Cassel; grandchildren, Logan Brymer, Bronson Brymer; many loving cousins whom she regarded as brothers and sisters; numerous nieces and nephews and many dear friends.

Michelle was a loving woman; she enjoyed the simple things in life. She loved being surrounded by her family and friends and was happiest when she was with them. She had a special place in her heart for the outdoors and especially enjoyed spending time at the beach. Michelle had a warm and loving heart, besides having a profound love for her grandchildren and family she also genuinely enjoyed helping others. She enjoyed laughing and making others laugh, her smile was one that could light up a room. Through the toughest times she stayed positive and reassured those around her that she was okay. She fought a long and hard battle the few last years of her life, until the Lord decided to call her home. Michelle will be dearly missed, and although she is gone her love, warmth, memories and life lessons will live in our hearts forever.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, July 6, 2017 from 9:00a -9:00p with the family present from 6:00p- 8:00p. A funeral service will be held Friday, July 7, 2017 at 1:00p. All services will be held at Charlie Marshall Funeral Home in Rockport. Interment will follow at Aransas Memorial Park in Rockport.
