Maurice "Moe" Standiford

On February 6th, 2025, Maurice "Moe" Standiford went to be with his Lord & Savior in perfect healing. Moe was born in LaCrosse, Wisconsin, to Reverend James & Minerva Standiford on November 23rd, 1945. Moe enjoyed working in the oil field because it fed his passion to travel. Moe traveled all over the country over the span of his life. His greatest joy in life was his grandchildren. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother & friend who brought laughter to everyone he met. 

He is preceded by one daughter, Anita Jo. 

Moe is survived by his wife Nettie of 48 years, 8 children, 8 grandchildren, and 8 great-grandchildren.

Moe filled all of our lives with immense joy and laughter, and he will be deeply and forever missed.  

A Memorial Service will be held in his honor at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, March 15, 2025, at Charlie Marshall Funeral Home of Aransas Pass, Texas.
