With heavy hearts, we announce the forthcoming funeral services and ceremonies in honor of the cherished Maria Debo Medina, a soul whose gentle presence graced this world with love and light. Born on April 9, 1926, in Aransas Pass, TX, Maria's life emanated warmth, kindness, and grace, touching the hearts of all fortunate enough to know her.
Maria's unwavering devotion as a homemaker cultivated a sanctuary of love and joy within her home, where cherished memories were woven into the fabric of everyday life. A woman of simple pleasures, she found joy in the intricacies of dance, the camaraderie of bingo nights, and the serenity of completing a challenging puzzle piece by piece.
She is preceded in death by Alvaro C Medina(husband), Ambrosio Medina (son), Julia Medina (daughter), Maria Alicia Medina(daughter), Alvaro Gilberto Medina(son).
Throughout her life, Maria was a beacon of love and compassion, enveloping her family - including Maria C Medina Powers(daughter), Janie Medina(daughter), Maria A Arroyo(daughter)(Juan Antonio), Josie Elizalde(daughter)(Raul), Lorenzo Medina(son)(Linda), Juan Medina(son)(JoAnn), and Diana Medina(daughter), also with her beautiful family, has numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren and nieces and nephews. In an unwavering embrace of care and affection. Their lives were forever enriched by her presence, and her memory will endure in the hearts of all whose lives she touched.
To celebrate Maria Debo Medina's life and legacy, we invite you to join us in commemorating her journey. A momentous Funeral Service will be held at St. Mary Star of the Sea Catholic Church on March 1, 2024, at 10:00 am, where we will honor her with reverence and grace. Prior to this service, a solemn Public Viewing will take place at Charlie Marshall Funeral Home in Aransas Pass on February 29, 2024, at 12:00 pm till 8:30 pm with a rosary at 6pm.
