Ma Ines Gomez Velarde, 64, went to be with the Lord on December 17, 2018. She was born on January 21, 1954, in Ebano San Luis Potosi, Mexico to parents Saturnino and Elvira Gomez.

She is preceded in death by parents, Saturnino and Elvira Gomez.
Left to cherish her memory is her husband, Froylan Rivas Torres; son, Francisco Rivas Gomez (Raquel Bravo Sanchez); daughter, Julia Elvira Rivas Gomez; Grandchildren, Edgar Uvalle,Anahy Rivas Bass,Lizbeth Rivas, Francisco Rivas Jr, Angelique Rivas, Allison Judith De Leon Rivas, Itzayana Jazmin De Leon Rivas; greatgrandchildren, Roman Tyrell Watkins Jr.

She was a wonderful mother, wife, grandmother, and friend. She enjoyed taking care of her farm animals and working outdoors and spending time with her family. She will be missed and remembered by all who knew her.
Viewing will be held from 10:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. Friday, December 21, 2018, at Charlie Marshall Funeral Home. Prayer service will follow at 6:00 p.m. Friday, December 21, 2018, at Charlie Marshall Funeral Home located at 2003 W. Wheeler in Aransas Pass, TX. Burial will be held at Panteon Colonia Estacion in Ebano San Luis Potosi, Mexico.
