Lucy Villarreal, 68 passed away April 12, 2019. She was born May 15, 1950 in Taft, Texas to Jose and Teodora (Tamayo) Montez.
She is preceded in death by her father, Jose M. Montez; son, Santos Villarreal, Jr.; brothers, Arturo B. Montez, Roberto Montez, Jose Montez III; sisters, Aurora Montez and Dora Montez.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her loving husband, Santos T. Villarreal; son, Rocky Villarreal; two, daughters, Vanesa Espinoza (Joel), Lori Yvette Lopez (Ramiro); mother, Teodora Montez; three brothers, Omero Montez, Raul Montez, Ricardo Montez; seven sisters, Adelina Castro, Olivia Gutierrez, Anita Guerrero, Aurora Wallis, Enedina Flores, Belinda Martinez, Ernestina Villagran; five grandchildren, Skyler Espinoza, Noah Lopez, Marina Lopez, Jude Lopez and Lillian Lopez.
Memorial Rosary will be held from 10:00a.m.-10:30a.m. with Memorial Mass to be celebrated at 10:30a.m. Saturday, May 4, 2019 all at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church in Portland, with Father Piotr Koziel as Celebrant. Burial will follow at The Palms Memorial Gardens in Portland.
