Surrounded by her family, on January 14, 2021 at 12:25 pm., my loving child bride and best friend went to be with her Lord and Savior. She was born in rural Oklahoma, near Purcell, on October 24, 1943 to Eddie and Virginia Adams. She is preceded in death by her parents, her sister, Judith; and brother, Bill. She has suffered for many years, but now she is finally pain free and at peace.
Loretta had a smile that could light up the room, she never met a stranger. She went to Nursing School in OKC and worked in various Doctor’s Offices, at Western Electric and St John’s Catholic Church in Bartlesville (Oklahoma). She served as a Volunteer EMT on the Darrouzett (Texas) Fire Department. She loved her family, just a little less than she loved her Savior. She had a passion for creating ceramic creations and sewing.
She is survived by her husband, Pastor Michael Gabby of Ingleside; daughter, Stephanie Christina Dillard (Robert); sons, Stephen Christopher Abbitt (Stephanie); Grandchildren, Kaylee (Luis); Sarah (Joshua); Brandon; Nathan; Mia and 4 Great Grand Sons.
A special thank you to Harbor Hospice for being so good and kind to her.
