Lisa Newman

Lisa Newman passed away peacefully at home after a second battle with breast cancer on the morning of January 13, 2025. Lisa Newman, previously Lisa Bunch / Lisa Ardis, was born on October 3, 1957 and was 67 years old. Lisa Newman, at time of death lived in Rockport, Texas. Growing up in Abilene Texas, she enjoyed friends and family. She got married and had 2 children, Terran and Johnny. She worked in the accounting field and later, moving to the DFW area, expanded her family to include a foster child, Andre. Her daughter Terran, blessed her with 2 grandsons, Austin and Ethan Spencer along with her Son-in-Law Russell Spencer. In 2001, she added a new chapter to her life when she married Kerry Newman. At retirement, Lisa and Kerry moved to Rockport, Texas. Lisa has two sisters Jeanine and Pam. She will be remembered by her family and friends as being fun, intelligent, loving, truly a beautiful woman inside and out. She will be missed by many family members and friends. No service is planned, if anyone would like to make a donation to the Susan G Komen for the Cure or the American Cancer Society, it would be respected by the family.
