Lillie Doll Courson, 96, beloved Mother and grandmother, was called to her eternal resting place on May 3, 2019. She entered this world on December 3, 1922 in Columbus, TX, born to Emil and Lillie Barta Knesek. She was an avid fisherman and gardener; she loved bowling and spending time with her family. She will be greatly missed and always remembered.

She is preceded in death by her parents; her loving husband, B.F. Courson; son, Robert Carmichael; daughter, Earleen Cady.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her son, Eugene Kluth (Susan) of Springfield, MD; daughter, Debbie Dwiggins (Gary) of Aransas Pass; son-in-law, Kenneth Cady of Seadrift; 12 grandchildren, Chris, Vanessa, Cindy, Lisa, Connie, Ray, Crystal, Lana, Bobby, Amanda, Stacey, Shelby; 29 great-grandchildren and 10 great-great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held from 11:00a.m. until service time, conducted by Pastor Gary Thompson at 2:00p.m. Tuesday, May 7, 2019 at Charlie Marshall Funeral Home, Aransas Pass.
