Leo Kirwan

Leo B. Kirwan of Aransas Pass, TX was called to be with The Lord on Thursday, November 2, 2017 in Corpus Christi, TX. Mr. Kirwan was born on November 10, 1949 in Washington D.C. to John Joseph Kirwan and Ruth Hirschfeld Kirwan.

Mr. Kirwan served in the United States Armed Forces for the United States Navy during the Vietnam Era.

Mr. Kirwan is preceded in death by his father John Joseph Kirwan; his sister, Maria Kirwan Owen and his brothers, Tom Kirwan and Michael Kirwan.

He is survived by his wife, Janis Stone Kirwan; mother, Ruth Kirwan; sisters, Regina Wardwell and Monika Spoor; brothers, Gerald, Anthony, David and Lawrence Kirwan.

A Rosary will be recited at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 7, 2017 at St. Mary Star of the Sea Catholic Church in Aransas Pass, TX followed by Mass of Resurrection at 10:30 a.m.

Interment Service and Military Honors will take place at 1:45 p.m. on Friday, November 17, 2017 at the Houston National Cemetery.

Services have been entrusted to Charlie Marshall Funeral Home and Crematory of Aransas Pass and Rockport, TX.
