Kathleen Mckenzie

Kathleen F. McKenzie, 78, of Rockport passed away on January 5, 2023, surrounded by her loving family.

Kathleen was born in Corpus Christi on July 3, 1944 to B.R. and Dorothy Gaines.
Kathleen graduated from King High School. She married the love of her life David McKenzie on March 6, 1965.

Kathleen loved her family. She was a homemaker who loved to cook, listen to music and meet new people.  She never meet a stranger.

Kathleen was preceded in death by her parents, B.R. and Dorothy Gaines and one daughter Rochelle McKenzie.

She is survived by her loving husband David, daughter Shelly (Al), sons Jim (Janet) and Pat (Kelly); one brother Bobby and one sister Lisa.  Her legacy also continues through seven grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; Poncho & Cissco; as well as many other loving family and friends.
