Joyce Mole, passed away on June 12, 2024 peacefully in her home in Aransas Pass, Texas surrounded by her loved ones. Joyce was born in Ontario Canada, and is preceded in death by her Father George Lambert, Mother Winnifred Lambert, Brother Doug, and Sister Myrna.
Joyce is survived by her Husband of 56 years Alfred, Son Jim & his Wife Heather, Grandchildren; Rylee, Parker, Zane & Noah; Niece Cindy Guenther & family, Nephew Mike Nicholas & family, and many cousins spread across North America.
Joyce was a very loving, caring devoted family woman, and a positive person even while fighting breast cancer for nearly 14 years. She endured every possible treatment available even through the side effects and pain.
She enjoyed her years at the United States Consulate at the State Department in Calgary, Alberta in citizenship & passport operations, her work as a realtor in both Canada & the United States helping people reach their goals in obtaining their dream home. In later years she held a cherished career as a licensed childcare administrator, helping disadvantaged children achieve their lifelong dreams of becoming adopted and furthering their education. Beyond this, she lived her time as a Member ,Officer , and Worthy Matron in Eastern Star in Lometa TX. Joyce was always available to help others. She always put her family first, even while fighting the vigorous fight with cancer, cooking, baking, canning vegetables and fruits and making sure a large meal was placed on the table for holidays and was a true Matriarch of her entire family.
A Celebration of Life will be held November 9, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. at Charlie Marshall Funeral Home in Aransas Pass, Texas.
