John Pennington

John H. Pennington went to be with the Lord on January 26, 2020. He was born on July 22,1947 to parents Golden and Itha Pennington in Harlan, Kentucky.

He has left behind his loving wife, Judith Pennington; son, John David Pennington ( Rhonda) ; daughter, Diane Kristene Creamer (Rooney); four brothers, NL, Ben, Joe, and Orey; four sisters, Marie, Rachel, Katie, and Janie; grandchildren, Bre, Tiff, and Grace.

John had a great love for the Lord and attended both New Hope Baptist Church in Gas City, IN. and while spending the winters in Texas he attended Trinity Baptist Church in Aransas Pass. He enjoyed fishing and hunting and had the opportunity the day before passing to cross off a bucket list wish of going deep sea fishing.

John had such a strong love for family. His children and grandchildren were his joy. Over the years John and his wife, Judith, also made many special memories with his brother, NL and wife, Linda. John will always be greatly loved and missed.

A Celebration of Life with be held at 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. on February 3, 2020 at Trinity Baptist Church located at FM 1069 in Aransas Pass,Texas.
