Joe Robert McGinnis, 82 passed away September 14, 2020. He was born February 8, 1938 in Springfield, Missouri to Robert C. McGinnis and Etta E. Jones McGinnis. He proudly served in the US Navy.

He is preceded in death by his wife of 30 years, Gloria McGinnis and his parents.

He is survived by his son, Mark Robert McGinnis (Diana) of Rockport; daughter, Jennifer Kay McGinnis of Springfield, MO; step-son, Robert Rose of Houston; 3 step-daughters, Sandy Manen of Houston, D.D. Shelkey of Washington, DC, Anne Carbone (Darren) of Weatherford; 4 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews. No services will be held.
