Jesse Romero

Jesse E Romero, 63, of Rockport, Texas passed away on Thursday, May 9, 2024. Jessie was born in Aransas Pass, Texas on December 25, 1960 and attended high school in Arizona where he lived until he later moved back to Texas where he re-connected with Dorothy Arjona, his life partner.

Jesse was a very hard working man and instilled that in his children. Jessie loved his family and friends deeply and would willingly give the shirt off his back if someone needed it.

Jesse enjoyed going on drives down Rockport Beach and being surrounded by his family. Jessie was also a huge Dallas Cowboys fan and had the opportunity to attend a few games in person.

Jesse precedes in death his wife, Dorothy Arjona, his parents Jose A. Romero and Gloria, and his brother Gilbert Romero.

Jesse is survived by his two children, Jessica (Stevie), Jesse Jr, grandchildren Emma Jane, Tobias, and Gloriana and his nine remaining siblings: Joe, Daniel, Frank, Gracie, Mary, Linda, Ninfa, Angel, and Vezie-Rodriguez Ninfa.

Viewing will be at Charlie Marshall Funeral Home in Rockport, Texas from 11-8 with Rosary at 7:00 pm on May 23rd. Funeral services will be conducted at 10:00 am at Sacred Heart Catholic Church on May 24th.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Jesse's name to Charlie Marshall Funeral Home in Rockport for funeral expenses.
