Jerry Wade House, 85, went to be with the Lord on January 30, 2019. He was born on November 10, 1933, to parents Jesse and Chollis House in Del Rio, Texas.

He is preceded in death by parents, Jesse and Chollis House.

Left to cherish his memories are his wife of 60 years, Betty Ann House of Aransas Pass, TX; son , Jerry Wade House Jr. (Jill) of Conroe, TX; daughters, Vicki Ballard (Steve) of Portland, TX., Sheryl Williams (Chris) of Fort Worth, TX., Caryn House of Corpus Christi, TX., Cayleigh House of Aransas Pass, TX.; brothers, Ronnie House and Richard House; sister, Carolyn Fowler; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; three fur babies.

In school, he ran track and field and at the University of Texas. He coached high school and junior high sports and had a tremendous impact on his student-athletes. Later on, in his teaching career, he taught in a high school vocational program that assisted students in learning trades and skills in a workplace.
Jerry loved the outdoors and sharing that love with his family. He enjoyed fishing, camping, and hunting.

Memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, February 9th, 2019 at Charlie Marshall Funeral Home located in Aransas Pass, TX.
