On Monday, July 19, 2021, Jeramy Shane Bush, loving husband and father of 5 children, passed away at the age of 45. Jeramy was born on May 5, 1976 in Indianapolis, IN to Russell A. Bush and Tonya (Ashley) Bush. At the age of 12 his family moved to St. Joseph, MO where he would graduate high school and later joined the U.S. Navy in 1997, where he remained on active duty for 14 years. Prior to joining the U.S. Navy he welcomed into this world two daughters, Shala and Hannah. On June 22, 2002, he married Jessica J. Cisneros. They raised one son (step) Damion and two daughters, Alexandria and Addison. Jeramy was proud to have served in the U.S. Navy and acquired the rank of Chief Petty Officer. While on active duty, he enjoyed being a part of the comradery that takes place among Navy Chiefs. He had a drive for protecting those he loved most his family. Jeramy enjoyed reading, studying the bible, playing poker, playing with his children, listening to music, singing, and dancing. He enjoyed spending time with close friends and having intellectual conversations. He loved spending time out in the country with friends sitting on the porch talking and laughing the night away. Jeramy also enjoyed taking his family to minor league baseball teams and watching the Corpus Christi Hooks.
Jeramy is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents Merle and Neva Bush and maternal grandparents Donald and Wanita Ashley.
He is survived by his wife Jessica, five children, Shala, Damion, Hannah, Alexandria, and Addison, grandchildren Braylea and Elijah, and another granddaughter on the way, father Russell, mother Tonya, and brother Jacob.
Visitation will be held at 12:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, July 27, 2021, at Charlie Marshall Funeral Home. The Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, July 28, 2021, at Charlie Marshall Funeral Home in Aransas Pass. Burial will be held at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 28, 2021, at Coastal Bend State Veterans Cemetery.
