Jeffrey S. Coles

Jeffrey S. Coles, 47 of Port Aransas, TX passed away on January 19 2025.

He was born in Nurnberg, Germany on July 11, 1977, where his father was serving in the US Army.

Jeff graduated from Princeton High School in Cincinnati, OH. He attended Waynesburg University on a baseball scholarship and graduated from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Business Administration. He spent his professional career in the Food and Beverage Service in Florida, Ohio and Texas.

Jeff had a passion for sports. He played baseball and basketball on high school, city, and college levels. He also volunteered his time coaching and supporting youth leagues.

His family and friends were most important to him. He was a friend to all he met and loved story telling. There was always a smile on his face with a laugh behind it. His friends have quoted "it was hard to not love Jeff Coles."

Jeff is survived by his parents, Daniel and Leslie Coles of Loveland, OH, a sister Lindsey Carney of Sharonville, OH, and a brother Andrew Coles of Daytona Beach, Florida. Also survived by a niece, Haley Simpson and nephew, Terry Simpson of Cincinnati and many beloved aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Celebrations of Life are being planned in Port Aransas, Tx and Cincinnati, OH.
