Our family is blessed to have had you for over 100 years. We know you are rejoicing with the loved ones that have gone before.
Jean Aileen McMichael Dutsch Frazee fell asleep on 18 June and woke up in heaven with all of her loved ones that went before. She passed peacefully in her sleep in Rockport, Texas.
She was born to Jess and Ruby McMichael September 4, 1920 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She grew up in Tulsa and graduated from high school there. She married Quine Dutsch in 1936. They lived in Tulsa and, for a short time, in California during WWII while Quine was in the army. She loved sewing, cooking, square dancing and creating ceramics. She did needlepoint, embroidery and she would crochet baby blankets for all of her grandchildren. She was always there to help family, friends or strangers. We all remember the stories during the depression and how she would help her mother give food to the hungry.
Jean was a loving Mom, Grandma, Great Grandma, Great Great Grandma, Aunt and friend. She lived life to the fullest and with determination (yes, determination means hardheaded). She leaves behind her sons Jerry and Dennis Dutsch, her grandchildren Darryll Dutsch, Peggy Pollitt, David Dutsch and Robert Dutsch. Great grandchildren Sandra, Jennifer, Candice, Joshua, Richard, Denham, Mark, Chris, Kathleen, Jonathan Shawn, Bethany, Lee and Tiffany. Her great great grandchildren (5 generations… amazing) Jenna, Julie, Alexis, Jojo, Mickey, Ralphie, Chloe. Camilla, Sebastian, Lilly, Gracie and Eli
We will miss her sense of humor, her wisdom and her kindness. We know she is in a better place and we are so very happy and enriched for having had her in our lives.
