James Little

James Patrick Little passed away August 16, 2019 in Rockport, TX.  He was 93 years old. He was born February 1, 1926 in Rockport, TX to Odis and Mary Little.

James proudly served in the US Navy during WWII. He received an Engineering degree from the University of Oklahoma and worked for NASA as an Engineer until his retirement. He was also a member of the Lion’s Club, Aransas County Republican Club, and active in the Tuesday night jam where he loved playing his harmonica.

He is preceded in death by his wife of 50 + years, Dorothy Jane Elizabeth Little; son, James H. Little; and grandson, Justin Mayes.

He leaves behind his daughter, Terri Jane Little Setterbo of Fulton, TX; grandchildren, John Little of Los Angeles, CA, Eric Little (April) of Oklahoma, Tony Reyes of Corpus Christi, TX, Shenee Setterbo (Adam) of Los Angeles, CA, Jacob Setterbo (Jennifer) of Houston, TX, Josh Setterbo (Sydney) of Seattle, WA, Ben Setterbo (Lauren) of San Antonio, TX, and Naeda Setterbo of Austin, TX; and 10 great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 24, 2019 at 2 PM at Charlie Marshall Funeral Homes in Rockport, TX. Burial will be private.
