Iris Myres

Mrs. Iris Marie Myres was born on April 24, 1945 in Corpus Christi, Texas to Mary Elizabeth Cash and Lester Gerrett Cash. She had three siblings Elenor Novar, Cali Yates and Ralph Ray.

She fell in Love with James Harvey Myres, Sr., they married in October 24, 1973 and what followed were three children, Lisa Cooper, James Myres, Jr., and Denise Myres. She also has ten grandchildren and many nieces and nephews as well as great grandchildren whom she loved dearly.

Mrs. Myres was one of the most loving, humble, and self-sacrificing, and caring person could be. She always thought of others rather than herself. Unfortunately her health started fading. She never forgot about Jehovah and his promises. Mrs. Myres was an active pioneer in her Kingdom Hall.

“No more sickness” no more death and we will be young again and I will get to see my Loving husband, James Myres, Sr. and mother, Mary E. Cash and they will smile.

She was a wonderfully devoted wife, mother, sister, grandmother and friend. She is in Jehovah’s memory now, waiting to be awoken in Paradise to the real life.

We miss and love her dearly.
