Herman Solle, Jr.

Herman Albert Solle Jr. passed away at home on April 24, 2022 at the age of 93.

Herman is survived by his wife Mardell Solle, his children Herman A Solle lll, Sharon McKusick (Jon), Janet Tibodeau (John), Thomas Solle (Laurie), Michael Solle (Julie), Damon Solle (Christa) and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Predeceased by his first wife, Mary Anne Jonason, parents Herman Sr & Opal, brother Guy Rex, and Sisters Harriet, Mary, and Pat.

Herman lived a full life retiring at the early age of 44 after selling his Chevrolet dealership in North Branch, MN. He moved to south Texas where he embraced offshore fishing and goose hunting. In 1987 the great north called him back where he spent 23 consecutive summers in Canada fishing for walleye and northern pike. Herman will be remembered for his friendly demeanor, ready smile, and infectious laugh.

Visitation will be held from 12:30p.m.-1:30pm. with a Memorial Service to begin at 2pm. officiated by Ron Earley Thursday, April 28, 2022 at Charlie Marshall Funeral Home in Aransas Pass, TX.
