Henry Arismendez

Henry Torres Arismendez passed away October 15, 2023, he was 79 years old. He was born July 15, 1944, in Sinton, Texas to Jose Arismendez and Trinidad Torres Arismendez.

Henry worked as a welder most of his life and was known for always having his welding cap on. He was a great cook and enjoyed fishing and barbequing with his sons and grandson. He was a past little league coach and was a huge Dallas Cowboy fan!

He is preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Juanita Torres, and Enedina (Annie) Lopez; and brother, Little Joe Arismendez (Audelia) and nephew Pedro Moreno Jr.

He is survived by his loving wife of 61 years, Geneva Arismendez of Ingleside, Texas; sons, Sid Arismendez (Yvonne) of Austin, Texas, Joey Arismendez, Enrique B. Arismendez, and Jose Lupe Arismendez all of Ingleside, Texas; daughter, Maria Arismendez of Ingleside, Texas; Thomas Arismendez and April Arismendez of Liberty, Texas. Grandchildren, Jose “Matthew” Arismendez, of Ingleside, Texas, and Julia Rose Arismendez of Houston, Texas.

A visitation will be held Wednesday, October 18^th from 1:00 pm until 8:00 pm with the Holy Rosary being recited at 7:00 pm at Charlie Marshall Funeral Home in Aransas Pass, Texas. Funeral Mass will be held Thursday, October 19, 2023, at 10:00 am at St. Mary Star of the Sea Catholic Church in Aransas Pass, Texas. Bural will follow at the San Antonio Cemetery.
