Glenn Franklin Hagy of Portland, TX passed away on November 19, 2018 at the age of 92. He was born in Harrisonville, MO, on July 24,
1926 to Andrew and Grace Hagy. Mr. Hagy fought in the Philippines during WW II serving under the U.S. Army. He had four brothers and
one sister. He grew up in Aransas Pass, as did his family. He was a caring father, grandfather, and great-grandfather who was married to
Nina Hagy for almost 60 years before her passing in 2011.
Mr. Hagy is survived by his daughter Susan (Mike) Campell; three sons, Darrel Hagy, Alan (Joy) Hagy, Laurence Hagy; grandchildren
Rachelle (Jose) Reyna, Jamie Hagy, Jared Hagy, Dennis (Tawnya) Hagy, Derek Hagy, Bradley Hagy, Brian Hampton, seven great-
grandchildren and one brother, Donald Hagy. In lieu of flowers, family kindly asks to please donate to the American Cancer Society.
A graveside service with full Military honors will be held at 1:30 p.m., on Saturday, December 1, 2018 at Aransas Memorial Park in Rockport, TX. Military honors provided by the Marine Corps League Det.430 of Corpus Christi, TX.
