Frederick L. Flores, 59, a long-time resident of Rockport, went to be with the Lord on August 10, 2020. Frederick was born on May 25, 1961, in Rockport, Texas to parents Pablo and Maria Flores.

Frederick is preceded in death by parents, Pablo and Maria Flores; son, Frederick L. Flores, Jr.

Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife Cesilia Flores; son, Ruben Salazar of Rockport, TX.; daughters, Lucinda Flores-Garza (Pete), Sheyanne Flores-Cuebas (Amador), and Heavenly Flores all of Rockport, TX.; brothers, Eugene Flores (Dolly), and Edward Flores (Beatrice) all of Rockport, TX.; sister, Lucia Esquivel of Rockport, TX.; grandchildren, Alex, Jakob, Nickolas, Benjamin, Dominic, Jussett, and baby Cuebas all of Rockport, TX.

Frederick “Fred” was the youngest of 4 children. He was a shrimper of the Gulf and came from a long line of shrimpers. He changed occupations in the 90’s to a painter blaster in industrial construction. Which he continued for the duration of his life. Frederick loved movies, BBQs, laughing and joking with friends and family, and listening to a variety of music. He took pride in his appearance and LOVED his hair. He will be greatly missed by his wife, children, siblings, many cousins, and friends. When you think of Fred think of the qualities that made him shine and stand out.

Memorial Service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, September 5, 2020 at Charlie Marshall Funeral Home located at 814 E. Main St. in Rockport, Texas.
