Frances Arlene Ando, 84, went to be with the Lord on March 05, 2019. She was born January 14, 1935, to parents Jesse and Geneva Eli in San Antonio, TX.

Frances is preceded in death by, her parents, Jesse and Geneva Eli; husband, Joseph Ando.

Left to cherish her memory is her son, Steven Ando; daughter, Laurie J. Gage (Wesley); brother, Leon Eli; grandchildren, Samantha Gage Minshaw and Kaitlyn Gage; great-grandchild, Anori.

A memorial Service will be held on March, 22, 2019, at Faith Lutheran Church located in Aransas Pass, TX. Time of service, to be decided and updated as soon as we receive confirmation.
