Esperanza Martinez, 89 passed away January 14, 2021. She was born February 18, 1931 in Green Lake, Texas to Matias and Manuela Martinez Palacios.

She is survived by her husband, Lupe J. Martinez; sons, Albert Martinez, Armando Martinez (Toni), Sammy Martinez; brothers, Joe “Chuy” Arispe, Rudy Pena; sister, Lydia Mejorado; granddaughter, Analisa McMakin; great grandchildren, Cole and Rian McMakin.

Visitation will be held from 2:00p.m.-8:00p.m. with a Rosary at 7:00p.m. Sunday, January 17, 2021 with funeral service to begin at 2:00p.m. Monday, January 18, 2021 all at Charlie Marshall Funeral Home, Rockport. Interment will follow at Rockport Cemetery.
