Elvira Flores

Elvira Flores, 81, beloved Wife & Mother, was called to her eternal resting place on July 17, 2020. She entered this world on April 19, 1939 in Dinero, TX, born to Julian and Francisca Martinez. She is survived by her husband of 64 years, Guillermo Flores. She was a loving Mother to her kids, Mary Frances Nava, Vincent Flores(Anna), Kim White(Mike); her sisters Delores (Ted) Colunga, Lupe(Simon) Garcia and Flora Ramiro; her brother Julian (Stella) Martinez. She was a loving grandmother to her grandchildren, Hector, Bridgette, Heather, Lance, Brenda, Sabrina, Valerie, William, Brittany, Melissa, Raven & Dion.

She is preceded in death by her parents Julian & Francisca Martinez; her sons Guillermo Jr. and Napoleon Martinez; her daughter Teresa; Son in law Hector; her brothers Faulstino & Ernesto Martinez, & her great granddaughter Lundyn Jade Nava.

Elvira enjoyed working as a housekeeper. She was devoted to her loyal clients especially the Strong & Black Families for over 30 years.

Everyone who knew her could agree, she was always so loving & a joy to be around. She was a kind & gentle person who loved spending time with her family & friends. She treated everyone as if they were her own. She will truly be missed by her husband & loving children who adored her.

Public Visitation, Thursday July 23, 2020 from 5pm-7pm; followed by the Rosary at 7pm. A graveside service will be on Friday, July 24, 2020 at 10am; at Rockport Cemetery.
