Edna Einhardt

Edna May Einhardt passed away peacefully in the presence of her family on November 13, 2022, at Coastal Palms Nursing Home. She was born on April 27, 1940 in Battle Creek Michigan to Ernest and Grace Madeline (Munday) Johnston.

She was married to Dale C. Einhardt on October 4, 1961 in Fulton Illinois. Together they were blessed with five children, Terri (Billy) Ritter, Kimberly (Robert) Kerr, James D. Einhardt, Michelle (Kip) Lomnes, and Ann (Alonzio) Hardin.

She was a Unit Coordinator for twenty plus years at Hudson Hospital. She had many hobbies including gardening, woodworking, quilting, crocheting, counted cross stitch and spending time with her family.

Edna is survived by her loving and devoted husband Dale C. Einhardt, her brother Hubert Johnston of Battle Creek Michigan, her five children and their spouses who loved and will miss her very much, her grandchildren, Angie (Dave) Quitter, Nicole (Tremaine) Kingbird, Heather (Harley) Brydon, Jessica (Tyson) Morris, BreAnna (Rachel) Dye, Janelle (Nathan) Sobol, Jason Schwartz, Khameron Joseph, Khaleb Joseph and 14 Great Grandchildren.

Preceding her in death were her Father Ernest Johnston; Mother Grace Madeline Johnston; sisters, Phila Johnston Mitchell, Janette Jones, and her brother Albert Johnston.
