Doris Arnold Jordan

Doris A. Jordan passed away Monday June 25, 2018. She was born October 24, 1934 in Victoria, Texas to the late Frank J and Hulda Kornfuehrer Arnold.

She graduated from Nazareth Academy, attended Victoria College, Victoria, Texas.

Doris was married to Jack Todd Jordan on October 8, 1954 in Victoria, Texas and had three children, Wesley, Cody and Julie.

She is preceded in death by her parents; her brother Alvin Arnold; and sisters, Elsie Drost and Jewell (Kelly Correll).

Mrs. Jordan is survived by her husband Jack; sons Wesley and Carrie Jordan of League City, Texas; Cody Jordan of Katy, Texas; and daughter Julie and Wade Cernosek of Weimar, Texas; brother, Victor and Ann Arnold of Victoria, Texas; and sister Gladys and Jack Broome of Seadrift, Texas. She has four grandchildren Sydney Jordan, Emily Krone, Bailey Cernosek, Riley Cernosek and one great grandchild Tristan Krone.

A Rosary shall be recited at 9:30 am followed by a Funeral Mass at 10:00 am on Thursday, June 28, 2018 at Our Lady of Assumption Catholic Church 2414 Main Street, Ingleside, Texas 78362.
Interment will follow at Prairie View Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to Our Lady of Assumption Catholic Church building fund.
