Domingo Palacios Flores

Domingo Palacios Flores,92, went to be with the Lord on July 19, 2024. Domingo was born on March 13, 1932, in Aransas Pass, Texas to parents, Delfino and Gumecinda Flores. 

He is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Petra Ancira Flores; brothers, Ramon Flores, Delfino Flores, Jr., Juan Flores, Ezekiel Flores; sister, Martina Ramirez. 

Left to cherish his loving memory are his children, Domingo (Hilda) Flores Jr., Maria (Enrique) Flores, Sylvia (Albert) Villegas, Patricia Ancira Flores, and Juan (Ruby) Flores, Johnny Joe (Marylou) Flores; sister, Julie Flores; 15 grandchildren; 45 great-grandchildren; 29 great-great-grandchildren. 

Domingo worked for the city of Aransas Pass for over 40 years. He loved Bar-b-queuing, enjoyed the outdoors, working on little projects around the house, and enjoyed thrift shops. Domingo was a Dallas Cowboys fan, and loved watching baseball games, and wrestling. Always on his mind were his children and grandchildren, even when ill he was still thinking of them first. While being ill he wanted to take care of himself as much as possible because he felt like he needed to take care of his family. He was always ready to be there for them and put their needs above his. 

Domingo will be missed by his loving family and his memories cherished by each of them. 

Visitation will be held 4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. Thursday, July 25, 2024, at Charlie Marshall Funeral Home of Aransas Pass. The Rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, July 26, 2024, at Charlie Marshall Funeral Home. Interment to follow at San Antonio Cemetery.
