Delmar Eugene McGlothlin Jr. passed away on Sunday, November 11, 2018. Delmar was born on August 13, 1964 in Sinton, TX to Delmar Eugene Sr. and Freddie Elene Austin.

Delmar was a loving and caring father, brother and friend. He enjoyed fishing and hunting but spending time with his family was his over all passion. You could count on him if you ever needed help and he was also the best pitcher Aransas Pass ever had. He had an amazing spirit and will be missed and loved by all who knew him.

He was preceded in death by his father, Delmar Eugene McGlothlin Sr.; sister, Janice Elene Laningham; grandmother, lva Lee Bohanan and one uncle, Christopher Bohanan.

Left to cherish his memory is his mother, Freddie Elene Garnett; two sons, James (Venilde) McGlothlin and Delmar (Karen) McGlothlin lll of Aransas Pass, TX; two brothers, Christopher (Camie) McGlothlin of Houston, TX and Wesley (Susan) McCullough of Calumet, OK; two sisters, Vicki (Raymond) Zepeda of Aransas Pass, and Kimberly Faglie (Todd Pellegrin) of Ingleside, TX; one uncle, Fred (Bethy) Austin of Aransas Pass; three aunts, Laura (Walter) Terry, and Jaynette (Charles) Bishop of Aransas Pass and Nancy (Ronnie) Cady of Seadrift, TX; Patricia Nieto and Luis Hinojosa (Special Friends); eight grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation with family present will be held from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 15, 2018 at Charlie Marshall Funeral Home in Aransas Pass, TX.
Chapel funeral ceremony will begin at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, November 16, 2018 at Charlie Marshall Funeral Home.
Christian burial will follow at Prairie View Cemetery in Aransas Pass, TX.


Reception to follow at the VFW of Ingleside, TX, located at 1452 State Highway 361.
