David Allen Kaufman

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of David Allen Kaufman, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend, who left this world on February 19, 2025, at the age of 75. David was born on September 5, 1949, in Denver, Colorado, and devoted 52 cherished years to his wife, Martha Kaufman. Together, they built a life filled with love, joy, and shared memories.

A pillar of strength and kindness, David's generous spirit touched the lives of all who knew him. He was the unwavering support to his family, always there with a warm smile and a listening ear. David is survived by his beloved wife, Martha; their daughter, Davida Kaufman; and grandchildren, Troy Belt, Nathan Kaufman, and a lively troupe that includes Kashton, Kayson,Tony Jr, Juniper Indie, Roseline, and Seraphine. His legacy is truly carried on through them.

David had a passion for life's simple pleasures. He delighted in cooking, particularly the grand feasts of Thanksgiving, and enjoyed watching football with a cold beer in hand. A familiar sight on the couch, he could often be found engrossed in episodes of NCIS or thrilling cop shows, always accompanied by his beloved dogs, Lilian and Roy. Home was where his heart lay, and he relished the joy of household chores, thriving in the warmth of the space he shared with Martha.

As a proud member of the United States Air Force for 24 years, David's journey took him across the globe, from the vibrant streets of San Antonio, California, and Arizona to the distant lands of Germany and Korea. Each place held memories and stories that he would fondly recount, adding color to the rich tapestry of his life.

As we gather to remember him, we reflect on the many moments of joy he brought into our lives and the enduring love that will forever remain.

David Allen Kaufman will be deeply missed, but his spirit will live on in the hearts of those who had the privilege of knowing him. May he rest in peace.
