Dallas Wayne Hensley,82,went to be with the Lord on December 31, 2019. Dallas was born on March 5,1937 to parents Bert and Ila Hensley in Lake City, Arkansas.

Dallas is preceded in death by parents, Bert an Ila Hensley and daughter, Teresa Loe.

Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife, Bonnie Hensley of Port Aransas,TX; son, Dallas Wayne Hensley, Jr.; daughters, Donna Brown, Pam Hensley, and Carla Hissam; brother, Robert Hensley; sisters, Sharon Charolla, Elizabeth Hensley, and Medrith Groves; Thirteen grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren.

Dallas loved to sing, fish and the art of wood craft; Wayne was a machanic repairman.Dallas loved the Lord and attended church at North Bay Fellowship in Ingleside,TX. Most of all Dallas loved spending time with his grandchildren and will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.

A Wake service will be held at 4:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. Friday, January 3, 2020 at Charlie Marshall Funeral Home located at 2003 W. Wheeler in Aransas Pass. Interment will be in the direction of Roller-Farmers Union Funeral Home at later date.
