Cordelia Boyce

Cordelia Ann Boyce was born August 16, 1939 in Oklahoma to Lumie and Isabelle Dollar. She passed peacefully on Saturday, August 1, 2020 in Corpus Christi Texas.

Cordi was a loving, strong-willed, beautiful woman whose love for her children and grand children was evident in every aspect of her life.

Family was everything to Cordi and family was the center of her universe.

She was preceded in death by her father, Lumie Dollar; her mother, Isabelle Dollar; her loving husband, Kenneth Boyce; her younger brother, Rusty Dollar, and stepson, Kenneth Boyce Jr.

She is survived by her sister, Becky (Devon) and brother, Ronnie.  She is also survived by her             children, Larry (Dana), Gary (Carrie), Sheryl (Tom) and Laura Lee (Michael).  Also left behind was stepdaughter, Sharmee Turner who she absolutely adored.

Cordi’s fifteen grandchildren and twenty-five great children are the most precious things she leaves behind.  They were all she ever talked about and all she ever needed.

A celebration of Cordi’s life will be held at a later date.

I am the sunlight on ripened grain, I am the gentle Autumn rain.

When you awaken in the mornings hush, I am the swift uplifting rush of quiet birds in

circling flight.

I am the soft stars that shine at night.
