Consuelo Iwabuchi Hernandez, 47, went to be with the Lord on August 10, 2020. Consuelo was born on June 11, 1973 to parents, Benito and Hilaria Iwabuchi in Austin, Texas.

Consuelo is preceded in death by parents, Benito and Hilaria Iwabuchi ; sister, Carmen Alfaro and brother, Manuel Iwabuchi.

Left to cherish her memories is her loving husband of 28 years, Bruno Hernandez; daughters, Vanessa Turcios (Cristian), Hillary Escobar (Daniel) and Bianca Lule (Rafael); brothers, Antonio Iwabuchi, Minol Iwabuchi (Martha), Abraham Iwabuchi, Isaac Iwabuchi, and  Jesse Iwabuchi; sisters, Emilia Iwabuchi, Benita Mata (Rodolfo), Esther Iwabuchi, and Sarah Jaimes (Julio); grandchildren, Elian Escobar and Vincent Lule.

Consuelo loved making memories with her family. She enjoyed cooking and most importantly she had a special love and bond with her grandchildren. Consuelo will be dearly missed by her family and friends.

Visitation will be held at 5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. Friday, August 14, 2020, at Charlie Marshall Funeral Home in Rockport. Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, August 15, 2020 at Charlie Marshall Funeral Home located at 814 E. Main St in Rockport, Texas. Interment will follow at Rockport Cemetery.
