Clarence Campbell

Clarence "Leon" Campbell went to be with our Lord and Savior on November 4, 2018. He was born in Austin, Texas on April 3, 1937.

He is survived by his loving wife of over 60 years, Geraldine Campbell; daughter, Cheryl (Sandy) Gembler; grandson, Jordan Oliver; great-granddaughter, Lily Rodriguez; granddaughter-in-law, Amy Oliver; sisters, Lillian Manning and Virginia Young; many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Leon was preceded in death by his son, James Leon "Bubba" Campbell; parents, Clarence and Ruby Campbell; step-father, Lonnie Ruston.

Leon was a tile contractor all his adult life, but his love was playing Christian bluegrass music. He could play many different instruments well. He loved the Lord and he loved his family.

His memorial service will be held at 11:00a.m. Saturday, November 10, 2018 at First Baptist Church of Holiday Beach.
