Cindy Spears

Heaven is rejoicing with the arrival of Cindy Louise Nichols Spears, 54 of Aransas Pass, Texas, who passed away May 6, 2018 in Austin, Texas surrounded by her loving family. Cindy was born May 2, 1964 in Aransas Pass, Texas to Eugene "Slim" and Irene Louise Nichols.

She enjoyed spending time with her family and especially loved her grandchildren. She also loved spending time on the water, fishing, sun bathing and having fun with family. She would brighten any room that she walked into and would make anybody feel better no matter how bad their situation or what they were going through, she lifted people's spirits. Heaven as gained an amazing angel. Cindy will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. Her vibrant personality, love and devotion to others will be missed dearly by all who knew her. God has received a very beautiful soul.

She is preceded in death by her parents; brother, Lucky Nichols; niece, Brandy Claypoll Burns; nephew, Lucky Nichols and grandson, Austin Sansom, Jr.

She is survived by her husband, Larry Bruce Spears, Sr.; children, T.J. Sansom (Deanna), Aaron Sansom, Brandon Sansom, Patrick Sansom (Allen Pace), Austin Sansom (Zaira), Colton Warren (Griselda), Cierra Nichols (Brianna Wanner); brothers, Ricky Nichols and Jay Nichols; sisters, Patricia Mauch, Leroy Nichols, Melva Hunt, Cathryn Laird, Dorothy Wolfe, Sherry Nichols and Sybil Nichols; 15 grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held from 12:00p.m.-9:00p.m. Tuesday, May 15, 2018 at Charlie Marshall Funeral Home. Funeral service conducted by Pastor Aaron Jayne will begin at 10:00a.m. Wednesday, May 16, 2018 also at Charlie Marshall Funeral Home. Burial will be private.
