Renee was born April 13, 1962 to C.L. Browning and Dorothy Roberts in Corpus Christi, Texas. Renee is survived by her mother, Dorothy Roberts, her sister, Sheila McNamara, her aunt, Barbara Myers and her cousins, Lonna and Steve Hord, her nieces, Courtney and Chelsey Browning.
Renee is preceded in death by her father, C.L. Browning (2013), her brother Cole Browning (2021), her uncle, Lonnie Myers (2022) and cousin, Bryan Myers (2016).
Renee was supposed to live to be no more than 5 years old, but we were so blessed that God gave her to us for 62 years.
Renee has always been the light of her family. She gave so much love to everyone, even people she didn’t know! She never met a stranger. She was so loving and kind and she brought a light to everyone she was around – “God’s light.” Renee had a great sense of humor and a great sense for life. Renee loved babies, animals, bowling and she bowled in Special Olympics for many years. When she was younger she did track and field with Special Olympics as well.
Renee loved to go fishing, she was a die-hard, she could sit for hours fishing and be totally happy.
Renee loved her family so much and she was our rock. You could feel the worst ever and Renee would come up and put her sweet little hand on you face and say “it’s OK” and at that moment you just knew it would be. Renee had lot of struggles throughout her life but she never gave up. She always knew Jesus was beside her. Renee had a great love for Our Lord. Renee loved to dance. She was our little angel her on earth and we thank God for her every day.
