Cecelia Capito

Cecelia Jean Capito passed away February 27, 2018. She was 59 years old. She was born April 22, 1958 in Warren, Ohio to Pasquale and Patricia Capito. Cecelia loved music; she was an avid songwriter and musician. She also loved to play the piano, recording music and sharing her talents by volunteering at the nursing homes and playing at festivals and playing her music to uplift people's spirits. She enjoyed baking cookies for the local fire department. Cecelia also loved her pets.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Pat and Patty Capito; son, David Michael Scott; husband, David Scott; sister, Elaine Tenney.

She is survived by her sisters, Julie Steele (Terry) of Warren, Ohio, and Lena Szegedi (Gene) of McDonald, Ohio; partner, Barry Adkins of Rockport, Texas; nieces and nephews, Terry Steele (Dawn) Mathew Tenney both of Columbus, Ohio, Megan Szegedi of Columbus, Ohio, and Mark Tenney of Warren, Ohio, Kendra Kunkle of Pennsylvania ; grand-nephew, Brendan Steele of Columbus, Ohio.

Calling hours will be from 11:00 am until 11:30 am with a Catholic Mass celebrated on Saturday, March 10, 2018, at 11:30 am at St. James Catholic Church (St. Elizabeth Ann Seton) 2532 Burton Street, SE, Warren, Ohio 44484.
